Newby on the block Lovin Smoke

Hi All.

Newby on the forum.

I live in Murrumbateman, Australia.

Murrumbateman is a small town just outside Canberra.

The smoker I am using at the moment is one from Aldi runs on a gas bottle and has a water bath and chip tray( basic i know) but it is doing the job.

I have just finished building a cob oven and started cooking 30 sec turkish bread and getting ready to roast ducks and chickens.

That is if they dont fall victom to the smoker............

Once I get sorted out I will put some photos up and share the good bad and ugly of what happens in the back yard.
