I am new to SMF and the art of smoking meat for that matter.
I live on the west bank of the beautiful Lee River, just northeast of Lac du Bonnet, Manitoba, Canada.
I love the outdoors and have a passion for archery and bow hunting. Therefore, our family enjoys a good meal consisting of domestic and/or wild meat, along with complimentary vegetables.
Being new to meat smoking adds a new dimension to our diet. Although I have always enjoyed smoked products prepared by somebody else, it is time to start preparing our own smoked foods. As a result, I am pleased to belong to this forum and looking forward to learning lots.

I forgot to mention that I am using a Grillpro propane, 4-shelf smoker for my products.
