Newbie looking for help

Good morning all. I have been a 1st time homeowner for 8 years. Its almost BBQ season here in the frigid Buffalo area. Instead of buying another cheap BBQ grill I think I am ready to have my own built. I place myself at your mercy to point me in the right direction. I want a reverse flow with side firebox and around the size of a 80 gallon tank. I love the look of the Lang Hybrid but shipping would make it unreasonable.

I have been in Oakville many times. I used to date someone from that area. You guys could drink before we could, so I was there every weekend. lol
