Smoke Blower
Hi all. I just joined and am new to smoking. I currently have a 5 burner gas grill but no smoker. I am thinking of purchasing one of the Amaze N Smoker products but am not sure which one would suit my needs. I want to be able to do some cold smoking of things like cheeses, nuts, salt, etc... I would also like to be able to make some bacon and have read several differing opinions as to whether bacon should be cold smoked or hot smoked. Which Amaze N product would best serve my needs as a beginner? How would I go about cold smoking the mentions types of items in terms of length of time and so on? What is the best way to go about making bacon? I know these are a lot of questions and I'll probably have many more but I'm anxious todo this and really want to learn.
