Mike from Colorado. Just got a basic Charbroil Professional offset smoker for Fathers day. I'm very new to this and going to try to smoke some Salmon. Any suggestions on how and temp?

If anyone has a simple and really good recipe for salmon, let me know. I've been watching utube videos and....well, I might need to go get accessories first.
