Newbie from Miami, hello!

Hi everyone,

My name is Bill and I'm down in the "deepest" (geographically not characteristically) south here in Miami, FL. I recently bought a simple offset stick burner: old country bbq pits ranch hand.

I'm looking to start slow cooking brisket Texas style and look forward to connecting with other bbq fans in FL to trade tips on where to buy wood, meat, tips and tricks, etc.
