Howdy all,

I've been lurking here for a while and you've got my taste buds going. I have a small gas water smoker that is mostly unused, but that is about to change.

The wife and I have recently made 1.Breakfast fresh sausage, 2.sweet Italian links and our first BBB is in the fridge swimming in Pop's legendary brine.

So, I've got to get the smoker cleaned and I'll have some time to practice some smoking before the BBB comes out to play.

My only experience has been hot smoking top sirloin steak and mullet (both yummy) using a rub that my father in law taught me before he passed 5 years ago.

Well, time to get cracking........

And Thanks In Advance (and for all the stuff I've already learned)

Al

I couldn't stand it, so I wentout last night and invested in a Master Forge Gas Smoker. Just finished the assembly and will be seasoning her ASAP.

Started reading recipes from the site to my wife.........

I think I ran the printer out of paper and toner.........

Guess who the new cook in town is???

You got it
