I used the sight before and decided to join. I am in Virginia. I have a lil chief smoker and decided to make ribs about 3 weeks ago and they were good. this past weekend wanted more but had done more research. saw the masterbuilt e smoke on qvc and almost bought . this past weekend bought the masterbuilt e smoke with glass and remote control.. followed recipe for 321 ribs and turned out phenomenal. made my own sauce and am going to try pulled pork boston butt or venison jerky this weekend . I am 41 former cost guard member and have 2 boys
