Greetings fellow BBQ'ers

Just thought I would drop by and say hello.  I am new the BBQ thing.  Have a neighbor that competes is some local contests and when he lights up his smoker(s), I almost to into a trance.

He is currently in the process of constructing me up a UDS similar to the ones he uses, and I am so excited to get to try some of the awesome recipes I have seen posted here, i cant stand it.

Looking forward to learning more about the BBQ thing.
