New to SMF

Hello All,

I am not new to smoking been doin it for about 5years now, been cooking and grilling a lot longer.

I like to keep  it interesting, I am a avid chili pepper head and love growing my own peppers (the hotter the better)

I also do a little canning and dehydrating (jerky,veggies hot sauces and such)

This looks like a nice place for someone like myself to hang out and learn a few things as well as share a few.

I live in Chicago where I have two gas grills, one I converted to a smoker neither are top of the line but both have served me very well but I have outgrown.  Currently I am awaiting the delivery of a new GOSM 20x34 smoker heard they were a pretty good bang for the buck.....cant wait!!
