I'm going to be making a few reverse flow smokers over the next month and I was wondering what some good dimensions would be for my big daddy. I eventually plan on putting it on a trailer just on wheels for now. I was looking for dimensions that would be a good size for whole hog smoking, I understand it depends on the hog. Is there a certain or preferrable hog size for smoking? I did notice watching the TV shows a lot were 150lb range sorry I'm new. I plan on having a box shaped with offset firebox. I will be double wall insulating the smoker with swinging doors. I was thinking 36"x48" or should I go bigger?

Thanks for your help!
