Hey Guys, been reading posts on the forum for a while finally joined.  My name is Zac, I live in Carmel Indiana, originally from souther Indiana.  I have started smoking recently, started out on a charcoal Weber and just got a propane Smoke Hollow Vertical.  Can't wait to start trying new recipes.
