I been smoking meat for about 3 years (started with a propane grill and smoke box), At the start of last season I took possession of a used CharGriller Smoker Pro and I have already put another 160-200 hours on it, lost count (This baby does great with a stick or two of real wood sitting right on a bed of charcoal, I have tons of red maple and lader from when we cleared the land out here).
You guys can blame Piaconis for recommendation that my ugly mug to this site.
Doin brisket and pork this weekend, so hopefully I will remember to get some good pics.
