Richmond, Ky
Born and raised in Alabama. Moved to Washington state in 2001 due to work. Moved to Richmond KY in 2012, again due to work.
Married with two grown kids, son and daughter.
My interests are......
Wood working, welding, building/flying planes, brewing home brewed beer and now smoking/bbq meat. Oh, and raising my own beef and pork. I currently have one black angus steer and two hogs corn fed and almost ready to cut and wrap.
I'm currently turning my detached two car garage into a beer brewing/bbq shack and building an all electric 60 amp 15 gallon beer brewing rig.
My current smoker is a Brinkman Trailmaster LE that needs a lot of mod's, it's still fairly new, and a Yoder YS640 Pellet Smoker W/competition cart that I'm waiting for delivery on.
What could be better than eating fresh home raised home smoked beef/pork while chugging down a hand crafted beer. Can't get theses flavors any where else.
When my current projets are completed I hope to build a RF smoker out of 15.5.gallon stainless steel beer kegs.
Got to get to work!!!
