Sup all, i've always enjoyed cooking.  my BBQ has sat idle for a few yrs. don't really miss it. But i did get a bug to start smoking foods. so I bought one of these Masterbuilt pro electric smokers. it's been a fun start, I burnt the heck outta some trout. and did a sloppy kinda hawiian (sp) fatty, which did eat very well. just put a turkey on. wish me luck, hehe
