Greetings all,
I am the most recent new guy here. I have been smoking about 3 years. I have a Masterbuilt Propane smoker that seems to have some pretty incredible results. So far I have done Turkeys and ribs. I am really interested in doing brisket and jerky as well. May have quite a few questions, but I know I will get the best info here. As for personal info, I own my own semi truck and drive local around Milwaukee area, like motorcycles and classic cars, Married, and 1 kid on te way
