Thats actually one of the more inventive concepts in play for a pellet cooker that I have seen in a long time..... It will be interesting to see how it performs. My gut says its going to work pretty good. I'm wondering how it manages grease if you don't put water in the pan.....

Very nice looking unit.
Pit Boss make a vertical chamber pellet pooper, too.
In retrospect, I would have purchased a vertical unit instead of my conventional horizontal.
My pooper is not used as a grill. My Webers do a much better job at grilling.
