Northern Lower Michigan
Hello all,

Sorry this is my second post, I was a little too excited. I am in Northern Lower Michigan where BBQ is nearly impossible to find. I love to cook any and everything, but my favorites are two cast aluminum "Portable Kitchens" from the 50s, and a Traeger BBQ070.

As one might guess I do indeed have an awesome Basset Hound who is the ultimate Pal. He enjoys the cooking too. I am looking forward to learning more and also making salt-free or VERY low sodium barbecue not only possible but delicious.

Thanks in advance.

Good morning and welcome to the forum, from a nice day in East Texas and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
