Ok guy's been away for awhile spent 3 months building a smoker it is complete except paint. woo hoo lol


So any way doing my first pig on it will post up pics tomorrow of the cooker and pig. Please let me know what you think good to be back.

Sorry guys almost lost my wife she had emergency surgery for massive internal bleeding she is recovering will post pics tonite
 
so this is the new cooker 250 gallon tank with firebox still needs paint and some trailer work but cooks like crazy lol




and to test it we cooked a pig for my son's birthdays so good after 16 hrs in the smoker  110 lbs no head and cooked perfectly. And from one of Jeff's news letter smoked corn (thanks for that it was great)
