Beautiful break-in effort, Blackstone is a real game changer!

Really Charles? No griddle yet? Why not? RAY
Well Ray, I've been trying to enlarge and build a roof over my outdoor cooking/entertaining area for about 2 years now. The quotes are HIGH at around $30,000 plus concrete so I haven't gotten it done, yet. Keep waiting on material costs to come down before I pull the trigger on that project, but my wife is not happy that I've not gotten that done. Anyway, currently I don't really have the room for it.

Maybe not the best excuse, but...:emoji_wink:

Nice way to break in your griddle. The enabler-in-chief on here hasn't quite convinced me yet to get one...:emoji_wink:...or should I say enablers...:emoji_laughing:
Do you know how many fish you could cook at one time? Not to mention the time savings for feeding your crew! :emoji_blush:

Man I’m tuned into countless FB cooking group, on here constantly and have Food Channel on half the time. I’ve never heard of a cheese skirt. I am all over this. I do use cheese in a similar manner to make keto taco and enchilada shells. Thanks for posting!

Looks great. I am loving my 17 in Pitboss. Still learning the temps on it. But every time I use it I’m getting better.

Jim
Thanks Jim I’ve been using a griddle on my camp chef this seems a bit easier on temp. That day was a bit challenging as it was windy. Mike

Looks great to me also! Now I know what a cheese skirt is!

Ryan
Thanks Ryan
Copied the skirt from the Squeeze Inn up in Sacramento that I go to occasionally
Mike
