Hello and Welcome to the forum

Not sure what you mean by good spice, small amounts or specialty or pre mixed packs for certain meats, but there are different spice distributors across the country .
Check restaurant supply places. Bass Pro/Cabela's have lots of different kinds.
Also check Princess Auto they have a Meat section tools and spices
And there is always Amazon.ca

Hope this helps.

Drop by Roll call and introduce yourself when you get a chance

Welcome aboard SMF from Indiana. What are you intending to smoke? There are tons of options, from commercial to make your own. Jeff's rubs here on SMF are a good place to start.

I agree with @schlotz , Jeff's rub is a good starting point.

Welcome to SMF
I’m on mobile now but I have a link on my desk top to a spice marketer in (I believe) Ontario
Cheers
