Well I did my first ever smoke with my new WSM last night and it worked well.  I did chicken quarters and a provolone and spinach fattie.  Going right back at it tonight and wanted to do a bunch of easy things for a more complete dinner by smoke.  Problem is I want to try to time everything to end about the same.

I plan on throwing on some:

-Store bought uncooked brawts (did find they take 2-3 hrs)

-Some Hot Dogs probably wrapped in bacon

-Veggies (chopped zuchinni and asparagus)  Just gonna put in a foil pan topped with oil butter garlic and spices

-Corn on the Cob

Any experience with any of these items??  Let me know since im firing the weber up in a short bit!

I love'y the Brat'y. I soak them over night in beer in the fridge, But if you can get them soaking now anythings better than nothing. I also put a water tray in the smoker with beer instead of water when they are done I drop them in the beer and they'll stay perfect as long as needed during long days at the pool or thru the entire game just head outside and pull one out and throw on a bun.

Glad your first smoke turned out good! Pretty much everything you have listed for smoke #2 is 2-3 hrs., so I would put it all on at the same time. The dogs will be done first, but they should hold in a pan in the oven at 200° just fine if need be.
