Greetings, I'm a part time/hobbyist cook/experimenter. Been playing around with it for 30 years or so.

Some of the toys I have:  Weber EP320 Special Edition grill w/rotisserie, electric Brinkmann bullet smoker, homebuilt insulated cold smokehouse with cold smoke generator (still under design and construction)

. Nothing extravagant, but they all serve me well.

Looks like y'all are a fun and helpful crowd and hopefully I can contribute when possible.

Ah, another tinkerer like me! I also enjoy playing with all the variables to develop cooking methods and recipes that work well for me.
