My MES electric smoker wont turn on

Hey all,

I have had my MES smoker for a lil bit over a year now. Use it as much as I can. I went to turn it on today and nothing happend. I plugged it in to three different outlets and it will not turn on. We have had some snow here lately and I do keep it outside under a cover. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

I haven't had that happen to mine yet, but I have read on here that sometimes in very cold weather they won't turn on and need to be brought into the house to warm up for a while.
