Well lets first thank all the veterans and active duty folks without whom we would be a sorry lot for sure.
Now for My Smoke Plans. Simple! Smoke a few racks for Sandy and I and a small group of friends and make some Italian and Polish Kielbasa sausage both of which we are out of. Kick back and have a drink along the way. I am just flat tired and need a soft 3 days off.
