I've been shopping for a new grill / smoker for the past smoker trying to find the perfect fit for our needs / wants. I live in a condo by the beach in California, so space is fairly limited; howver, for a condo we do have a decent size back yard we've turned into our little oasis. I need something no londer than 60" and no deeped than 35"; height is not an issue. With busy scheduals, fish being a regular part of our diet, and my wife needing to use the grill, I need gas for a quick meal. Since I don't have the room for two seperate units, finding the right one has been a challenge. With our son now in the Navy, our duaghter recently married, and a newly re-dicovered disire for smoked meats, I now have a little more time on weekends to have friends over and hang out back cooking. I think I came across the right grill / smoker on-line, but having no experience smoking and this being a big financial purchase, I need help. A good friend turned me onto this site, so here I am hoping for some assistance. The manufacturer of the smoker is "Old Buzzards Smokers / Grills" in Texas. This is the address... http://www.oldbuzzardsmokers.com/index.html The smoker / grill I am interested in is the one found on the video on the home page. It's a 18" x 32" smoker / Gas / Charcole combo. If anyone has any insite on these, your experience and opinions would be greatly appreciated. I am excited to be a part of this and look forward smoking some tri-tip and pepper jack cheese (had it last weekend at a friends...AWESOME).Thanks again,Dave
