Great lookin burger . Nice work .
Wondering what you use for the grind .
Thanks! Our local butcher had a sale on ground Chuck that they grind in house. Not sure what grind they use. I like to use a 1/4" plate for burgers and loosely pack them. This stuff was deffinatly smaller than a 1/4".. I Finally found a sale on brisket last week and picked up a few..ill be grinding those tonight after work. Ive really been missing the brisket burgers since we have been out!

Great Sammy, Travis!!
Awesome Combination---Beef, Mushroom, and Swiss!!! One of my favorites!!
I'm about due, but I don't want to get things like "Loose Cheese" until Mrs Bear can do her own shopping again.
Nice Job on that Burger!!

Thanks Bear! The mushrooms and Swiss would make a great venison burger using your vinison/beef/pork pattys! I'm hopeful for things to slow down in the future so shoping can be normal for all again!

Amazing one. I will definitely give it a try and make it myself. We love any food with mushrooms in it as they are greatly beneficial for your health and a great source of vegetable protein. On a burger it becomes irresistible for facts. We also love some medicinal varieties with my wife. One of the best we have taken for my wife's issues was this turkey tail mushroom that we got imported from Australia. It made a big difference on regenerating her destroyed immune system and it's one of the best natural healers you can get.
