More Smoked Thighs

Seasoned with Pezeys Spices Rib and Chicken Rub. Served with potatoes and onions with cole slaw.

The slaw was pretty tasty. Just a basic slaw dressing, mayonnaise, mustard, apple cider vinegar , sugar, pepper, and I added some caynene pepper to kick it up a notch.
