Hey everyone.  This site has been a God send to me in my smoking meat. I cant say how much everyone helps out on this site! I need a couple of ideas, I am entering my hometowns annual pork cookoff labor day weekend.  There is 3 catagories, Ribs, Roasts, and Misc.  The first 2 are pretty self explanitory but was looking for a couple good ideas of what some of you would try for the Misc. catagory, I have a couple ideas but want to see if theres anything I may be overlooking! Thanks everyone!

A big old fatty with country sausage, butterflied pork loin, stuffed with morels and wrapped in a bacon weave. Can't get much porkier than that.

a fatty sounds like a good idea. another would be smoked mac and cheese! some good recipes on here for both.

someone made a fatty wrapped in pretzel dough IIRC. can't go wrong wrong with that is you can pull it off in a competition
