Mac and Cheese with Brisket

Made a 9x9 pan of mac and cheese with 2 cups of chopped smoked point and some green chills. it was good. the green chili flavor faded during the oven time. next time needs more. the brisket was great in the mac - might add three cups next time. first try was a win for sure!

oh yes, thats crumbled bacon and panko on top. Made in the oven due to a rain/snow storm last night.

Looks yummy. I bet the extra green chili’s will really put it over the top in a good way :)
