luck with plumbcherry wood???

anyone had any luck using plumbcherry wood???

what is it.........new one on me...........i just use cherry........i suppose its a bing cherry tho...........

it is a small plumb that looks like a has the color of a plumb but the consistancy of a cherry with a pit, when ripe the fruit is pretty sweet, and makes a mess of the carpet. after a couple of years of the wife getting a "little" upset when someone walked across our front lawn and left stains on our carpet, I had to cut the tree's down, discovered one was sick and getting ready to die. anyways, tried 50/50 with Hickory and ham tasted pretty good... wife is asking for more
