Love my meats! :)

Howdy!  I actually stumbled on this forum this morning as I was looking for some advice on beef jerky meat slicers, but I have been actively smoking meats for at least a few years now.  It all started one father's day weekend when my wife said she would buy me Big Tex from Traeger and has been a triangle love affair between my wife and my smoker ever since.  I consider myself an intermediate smoker as far as experience goes, I do not miss often. :)   I hail from Albuquerque, NM with my wife and three kids.  All of them love my smoked goods especially my oldest son Zach (12 yr) who I often have to ask him not to eat all the ribs so the rest of the family can eat. 

I am looking forward to reading up on tips and some dry rub recipes to try out!!!

Use that search bar on the top of the page.  Type in Jerky and there will be more info than you have time to Read!  Lots of jerky posts on this forum along with product recommendations for things like slicers.
