Hello, I've been "lurking" on here for about a year, Figured I might as well join. I am located almost dead center in Minnesota. I use a Brinkman vertical smoker. I smoke about three times a month year 'round. Pork is my favorite, but chicken and others are welcome as well. Bacon wrapped cream cheese stuffed jalapenos go with everything.
