Planning my first cheese smoke. One of the features of the LG 900 I bought at Costco is the cold smoke cabinet. My understanding is I could use the hopper, open the damper and cold smoke cheese in the cold smoke cabinet on the side. I have also seen some people use smoke tubes in the cabinet instead. Is one method better/more efficient than another? Have any LG w/cold smoke cabinet owners tried both methods?
