I have not been around for a while, however I had to take a few minutes to give credit where credit is due. I spent yesterday afternoon assembling Tommy's world class chili recipe. At the end of his recipe he recommends refrigerating and reheating this chili the next day. My wife and I ate the chili last night and it was really good but today the chili is incredible! Now I know that this is usually the case with a lot of recipes but in this instance I feel it was the key. I just received all sorts of praise from fellow employees for the crock pot full of this food of love that I brought in today. I just wanted to give credit where it is due. KUDOS to Tommy!!
