I'm just getting restarted into sausage making. I only did very basic before I had to stop. I have limited room and could use suggestions on equipment to get. What I really am wondering is if there is a countertop sized smoker for sausage making, and if so any recommendations. I'm on disability so I can't spend a huge amount
