I purchased some Bone in Pork ribs and 2 packages boneless pork ribs.  Got the rub on night before - all look good till my ECB got to hot.  Smoked both @ 225 for 3.5 hours spraying apple juice every hour.  Pulled the meat off early cause of the bad storm were having.   Placed the pork in the oven @ 230 degrees.  Before I pulled the meat off the ECB I checked the temp - temp was only 145.  I have had better luck with Pork Butt.  I think this pork cooked to fast and to hot.   What temps do ya'all use for Pork Ribs ?

I do ribs 225-275 don't go over 250 if your rub has sugar or it will burn. Don't cook ribe by temp. cook by time. Try 3-2-1 or 2-2-1
