Have a water type smoker- a dry smoker-Bar-B-Que Bought also home built, fried Turkey YUMM YUMM!!

Cooked every kind of meat and smoked all kinds of meat NEVER smoked salmon,or cooked  lamb!

Will try all different ways to cook
