It's used, but he's got it now (not a long wait time) and he's kicking in quite a bit of extras. Not sure if it's all worth the extra $$ but if you're interested it's out there. It's actually only about $100 more than a new one, but without the wait.
Looks like it's a pay on pick-up item too.
