Ron... You are not alone in your sickness.

A friend of mine challenged me to smoke cheez-its so I had to take it a step farther. Mixed cheez-its, cheetos, nuts and some crispix cereal. mixed some butter with a good rub mix, poured on and stirred. Then into the chargriller at 250 for a few hours stirring every 30 min. Used pecan wood. Huge smoke flavor. Have done several variations of this and it is always great.

Last weekend... Took Gardettos, which is dried bread chips, bread sticks, pretzels, etc. already seasoned, drizzled with bacon drippings and smoked for a few hours with my brisket (hickory and mesquite). Fantastic! Will do this again for sure. Since my wife brought home a 5# bag of the stuff.

Forget the frito pie fatty. I think Ill just smoke the chilli, The fritos and the cheese and bulid it the normal way. Sick? oh yeah!!

Welcome to the club. I was thinking about those big pretzels too.
