First of all, I’d like to thank Inkbird for the thermometer in the most recent giveaway! I never win anything so this is a big deal. After a quick email exchange, I received the thermometer in a couple of days.

As with most products, packaging tells a lot about attention to detail in production of goods. This thermometer was packaged well with good instructions.

It paired with my iPhone on the first try and was easy to use.

I used it today on a reverse sear of some ribeyes and pork chops. I worked in the yard as they smoked and never dropped the signal.

I set it up with a temperature probe monitoring the smoke chamber and another in a ribeye. The setup was easy and the app displayed current temperature as well as a graph.

I took the ribeyes to 120° and the chops to 130° in the smoker before finishing them over the coals. They turned out great!

Nice looking steaks and chops. It's nice to have a BT app that has great range throughout the house because it's phenomenal outside for 170+ ft. Masterbuilt electric smokers need this BT performance for the new BT controllers out there. No directions needed just tap on icons and set. Customize names for the probes, custom ranges or high limit alerts. You can rearrange the probe location by color and number on the screen by touching the probe number and also view an up timer in case you didn't set one on another device to track overall time. I don't have an Inkbird BT therm but have the same or extremely similar app from your screen shots for my Soraken 6 probe BT Therm. I got it before Inkbird became a sponsor here on SMF so I know where to go If mine fails. I haven't changed batteries or lost connection in two years with weekly use.
