Love to cook and learn new ways to do things. Been looking thru the stuff on here and decided to join.
Had a big hog roaster/smoker that I loved but wanting to try other types and possibly build a brick outdoor permanent type. I did just get a cajun injector electric smoker to do my summer sausage from the deer this year. We have done 80 lbs of venison sausage and about 20 lbs of jerky in it so far. Apple glazed pork loin buried in apple stuffing came out incredible.
