16 lb prime packer, seasoned with black ops and smoked for 14 hours at 250 with pecan, apple and cherry wood. It was a wood combo because I had a lot of splits that were too big for the Lang; so while I was cooking, I broke out the splitter and made a nice pile of Lang fuel...everything came out perfectly.

Brisket after about 4 hours. Three racks of baby backs as well.

My trusty wood splitter.

Thanks for looking!!

I’ve got to cook two more tomorrow. Briskets are good but running that fire for 13-14 hrs will wear yo a$$ out!!

Nice job on that brisket.

Point for sure

Great looking brisket.
I love to get up at 3:00 AM & fire up the Lang, throw on a brisket or a butt.
Feed it wood all day, make breakfast & lunch in a CI pan on the firebox & drink beer all day.
However if I'm feeling lazy I will use the WSM/Guru setup & do an all nighter.
I've had it run for 22 hours in the summer, without adding any charcoal or wood.
But you really can't beat the flavor you get on a Lang!
