While I've more pressing issues like taxes and medicare app to tend to. I wanted to wing something out there.
Recntly got in a pissing match on Facebook with a Hunsaker fan boy. Let me say , first off, that most interactions on facebook are much akin to being handcuffed to the wall in the ritalin/adderall ward of the juvi psych ward.
As much as I like enhancing my abilities to produce great food with my WSM. The discussion was surrounding the miracle device referred to as a vortex plate. Now I've been on my WSM well over a year and multitudes of cooks.
Per given instructions I always use the waterbowl filled to various depths. I tend to manage around a 237degrees steady temp. So, with all that stated, is this vortex plate the mriacle that is implied?
