Howdy!

New guy here from Tennessee. I have been grillin and such most of my life, and I am wanting to get in to more smoking, and curing. Me and the kids like wild game snack sticks and summer sausage, and my Girl friend likes smoked fish. so I'll be looking for info and recipes. Tomorrow I'll be smoking a turkey breast for the thanks giving dinner. It'll just be me and my Son and Daughter.

looking forward to being a part of the forum. some day soon I'm thinkin about building a small smoke house.
