Hail all I'm from Arkansas. I Started smoking with a Christmas Turkey back in 1992 with a Bullet smoker. I bought my first Char-griller smoker in 2000 ( 2121 Super Pro) and did a little smoking and a lot of grilling. After I burnt that one out I bought another. I added a sidefier box last Feb. and have been doing a lot of "practicing" since. After looking at some forums and and info on the net I have decided to Mod the new rig I'm getting in Aug. and need some help and advice from some exp. smokers. So here I am at SmokingMeat and look forward to a long association with other smokers.
