I made several barbecue and hot sauces a couple of weeks ago.  I used some of them, but the recipes made a lot.  They've been in the fridge since, will they still be good?

Thanks,
Dan

Most BBQ sauces have a sufficient amount of Vinegar or Lemon Juice to have a low PH that is pretty good at keeping Bacteria from growing so a couple months in refrigeration is not a problem. Keep the sauce in the bottle or container and if you like to warm it in a microwave, just heat what you think you will need and discard any leftovers. After 1-2 months just check for any Mold growth in containers that are repeatedly opened and closed. The unopened containers will be fine for 3+ months...JJ
