I used hog rings for the first time when I did my ss, I used 12 long casings the said would hold
1 1/4 lb of meat. So I weighed them as I stuffed because I only soaked enough for the meat I had. Well that to much meat per casing . Is there a video on the proper closing and putting on the ring I had some difficulties
