My name is Dan. I live in Cheshire, MA which is in far western MA. I say far western MA because some Bostonians think that anything west of Worcester is considered western MA. I have been smoking for a little while. I'd say maybe an advanced newbie. LOL I started out with a small Brinkman upright R2D2 style smoker. Last year I bought an offset and made some mods to it. I'm still learning. Anything that I learn on here is very much appreciated.
