55 yr old male married kids , Fire fighter. love to cook and eat.
right now I have a gas grill, 26 inch weber charcoal, and an old 35 Gal drum conversion grill.

Lately i've been curing and smoking bacon ,using both the weber and the drum grills and they work good .But I want more space and control .

I'm at a crossroad should I buy a weber ranch , 22 WSM smoker or a vertical cabinet type design.

Is there someone who uses a weber ranch for smoking and what techniques do you use...
charcoal load product placement?

W S M smoker how much or many pork bellies can I stuff in there and how or do you cut them?

I'm not sure if this is the place to put these questions.

Welcome to the forum, i'm only experienced in horizontal offset smokers so I don't have much of an opinion on the smokers you are asking about.

Welcome Tiby. I have verticle and I like it. But go with whatever makes the best food! ;) Glad to have you on the forum. Take care.
